A role where you can genuinely grow.Right now, were looking for a driven and capable Senior Project Manager with proven experience in delivering senior living developments to join our growing team.THE ROLEBacked by our Executive Leadership Team, youll take full ownership of a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects spanning multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, and industrial, with a strong focus on senior living developments, including retirement living and aged care.Drawing on your senior-level project management expertise, youll personally lead and steer every stage of the project lifecycle, including:Feasibility, site due diligence and businesscase validationConsultant engagement and design leadership (with detailed knowledge on senior living design requirements)Authority and accreditation negotiation and approvalsConstruction delivery through to handover and operational readinessThis is a highly client facing role where your ability to manage relationships with private and institutional clients, operators, funders, consultants, and approval authorities will be key to your success.
