We are seeking confident and driven people to join our team of Red Bull Corporate Grocery Strikers in a Full-Time role to promote and drive sales and experiences in store in the Darwin territory.Our ideal candidate is living in the local community and has worked with Coles and/or Woolworths stores previously. Its well suited to someone who confident and charismatic, who is looking for a fast paced and active role, and enjoys communicating and building relationships with people.Your day to day would be driving around to Coles and Woolworths stores in the Darwin area, merchandising Red Bull products, building promotional displays in store, building relationships with store managers and grocery managers and managing some stock and admin responsibilities.A detailed list of responsibilities are below:Job overview / responsibilities:Building and driving strong relationships with key stakeholders: Coles & Woolworths Store Managers and Red Bull Internal Field TeamManage the Red Bull portfolio within your allocated territory of Corporate Grocery Stores (Coles & Woolworths)Develop and drive in-store experience for customersNegotiating & Pre-Selling promotional spaceBuilding and maintaining quality displays in storePerform stock counts, ticketing and replenishment tasksWork autonomously but with an overall team focusSubmit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tabletRepresent BIG and Red Bull positively and professionallyPreferred experience and attributes:Have worked in customer-facing promotional or retail environmentsMust be available across Tuesday SaturdayMust be available for a full working week of 38 hours.Be passionate about people & driving resultsConfident in engaging and building a relationship with customersA current Australian drivers licenceOwn a reliable transport vehicle that can fit Point of Sale Items for executionAt BIG, our people are the heart of our business.
