Were seeking a technically driven Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise service operations across our critical corporate platformsincluding People & Culture, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Corporate Services.In this role, youll act as the key interface between technical delivery teams, strategic vendors, and internal platform ownersensuring seamless integration, operational stability, and ongoing optimisation of IT services in a complex, multi-vendor environment. Youll bring deep service management expertise, technical acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen our service delivery maturity.What youll doOwn the end-to-end service delivery and operational performance across corporate platforms and applications such as Oracle Fusion, Pentaho, Fivetran and Amazon RedshiftProvide technical oversight in managing incidents, change, and problem management processes across service providers with a specific focus on data integrations and cloud-based data platformsDrive adherence to SIAM and ITIL-based frameworks, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous improvementCollaborate with delivery teams, vendors, and platform owners to manage service transitions and releasesAnalyse platform performance data to identify operational risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for automation or efficiency gainsLead service reviews, SLA performance tracking, and contract governance with service partnersInfluence and guide service design decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standardsWhat youll bringMinimum 3+ years in a technical service delivery, infrastructure operations, or platform support roleExperience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP would be well regardedStrong technical background in enterprise platforms with a proven track record of managing data movement and integration toolsDeep understanding of service management practices (ITIL, SIAM) and enterprise support modelsExperience managing complex vendor relationships and multi-tier support modelsExposure to Agile delivery and DevOps practices within a service management contextStrong analytical, incident response and crisis management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impactITIL v4 or SIAM certification is highly desirableWhat we can offer youVariety of flexible work arrangements and leave optionsIndustry leading 20 weeks paid parental leave and 4 weeks secondary carers leaveGenerous discounts on insurance productsExclusive offers on more than 400 of retailers including Myer, David Jones, Coles and WoolworthsInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programsAbout Suncorp GroupWere proud to be a part of the Suncorp Group family alongside some of Australias most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
