Youll lead daily operations, mentor a talented team, and ensure the highest level of patient care, while keeping the practice running efficiently and profitably.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading and managing the day-to-day operations of the practiceSupporting and developing front office and clinical staffEnsuring exceptional patient care and satisfactionOverseeing rostering, stock control, compliance, and reportingImplementing local marketing initiatives and driving new patient growthManaging business KPIs, budgeting, and profitability targetsCollaborating with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of careQualificationsPrevious experience in dentistry with team leadership or management responsibilityCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageousProven experience running the day-to-day operations of a healthcare or dental practiceStrong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support your teamDemonstrated ability to drive business performance, sales, and meet KPIsConfident with front desk systems and administrative workflowsHigh attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with OASIS dental software is desirable but not essentialAdditional InformationReady to work in a practice where people remember your name and your employer invests in your future?
