Our commitment to customer care ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience.We prioritise safety, quality repairs, and exceptional service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Repair Centre Manager located in Bentleigh East, VIC. The Repair Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the repair centre, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.Responsibilities include managing repair processes, coordinating with technicians, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. The role also entails monitoring inventory, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between staff and customers.Role responsibilities (but not limited to)Organise team and workflow through productionEnsure quality repair is completed to scope within time frameCoach and develop team to improve capability and productivityCheck repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QAEnsure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of repair processes and industry standards.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to manage budgets and inventory.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience in the automotive repair industry.Where else would you want to have an Automotive management career, other than with SMART?The answer is Nowhere, and heres why:We value our Team.
