Six Degrees are working with a large multinational assisting them with the recruitment of their next Head of Engineering. This role is responsible for providing strategic direction to the plant, and engineering functions. In this role the you will lead the development of the strategy for the site for the next 5 - 10 years relating to maintenance & engineering, and systems of work, to drive reliable performance, results and cost and sustainability initiatives in line with local and global trends.A Taste of What Youll be doingCultural TransformationTechnical Capability OwnerCapital Management and Project DeliveryTechnology Management & OwnershipFacility ManagementTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience and results in cultural change programs. You will have a comprehensive managerial and technical background attained through education/training, broad exposure to several technical disciplines, and management experience in a technical capacity. Previous working experience in a factory environment is essential. You will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Pro-active, problem solving and results oriented.
