With a growing workforce of over 3,000 employees, DOSCEL is committed to creating safe, inclusive, and thriving school communities that place the student at the centre.Youll be joining a compassionate and supportive workplace that values each person, offers genuine belonging, and fosters both personal and professional growth.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief People Officer will lead the development and delivery of a contemporary People & Culture strategy that aligns with DOSCELs mission and strategic priorities.This role has oversight of all people functions across the organisation, including:Workforce strategy and planningLeadership development and successionHR policy and operationsEmployee and industrial relationsTalent acquisition, capability, and wellbeingCulture, engagement, and change readinessAs CPO, youll champion a people-first culture, strengthen organisational capability, and ensure the systems, frameworks, and strategies are in place to attract, support, and retain a high-performing, values-aligned workforce across all schools and the DOSCEL Secretariat.About YouYou are a seasoned senior HR executive with a passion for purpose-led leadership.
