More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of multiple dwelling across several key projectsManage construction in accordance with contractual arrangements, timelines and within budgetInspect completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanshipEnsure construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systemsManage Trades compliance with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislationLiaise with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer serviceComplete required documentation and paperworkAbout youTo be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Wilson Homes and NEX Building Group along with:2 years'' experience within Supervising residential builds is preferredExcellent work ethic, drive, and enthusiasmProject management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliersKnowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homesAbility to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient mannerOutstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environmentWe are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
