Council is on the lookout for a skilled Engineering Officer to join our Development Services team. Bring your expertise to a role that truly makes a difference and contributes to the growth and success of our community.Reporting to the Development Engineering Coordinator your primary focus will be on assessing Section 138 applications related to vehicle access crossings, road restoration, infrastructure construction, stormwater drainage, and utility connections. Youll play a vital role in monitoring construction works within road reserves and public areas, ensuring all projects comply with approvals and meet both Council standards and community expectations.Your responsibilities will include conducting engineering inspections throughout the assessment and construction phases, and coordinating applications and notifications for works occurring in the public road reserve and related areas.
