The Group is proudly Australian owned and operated and provides professional fire and water damage restoration services primarily to the insurance industry 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.Your responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:Inspect, plan and report on damage/loss to contents itemsPerform emergency make safe works to mitigate further damage on initial attendance at site where requiredDemonstrate proficiency in restoration techniques, processes, and procedures, including treatment, cleaning and sanitising of contents itemsUndertake deployment, monitoring and collection of equipment from siteUnderstanding and meeting Insurer and internal Cowan Restoration Group Key Performance IndicatorsEntering claims information into the Customer Relationship Management systemParticipation on the after hours on call rosterUndertaking any other duties and tasks as directed by management.Willingness and ability to travel locally and interstate as required What are we looking for?Experience in Water, Fire and Mould restoration highly regardedIICRC Accreditations highly regardedExceptional customer service skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to work autonomously with little supervisionAbility to multi-task and prioritise competing work allocationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSound organisational skills including strong attention to detailProven time-management skillsAbility to remain calm and work well under pressureC Class Drivers Licence (Minimum)A National Police Check and a Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements of the recruitment process.The position is available for an immediate start.If the above sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you.For further information or enquiries please contact our NSW State Manager, Phil Hunt, on 0436 599 ***. #J-18808-Ljbffr
