As the first person that customers contact in our office, our receptionist is responsible for providing a professional service to our customers both face to face and over the telephone. Additionally, your administrative skills will contribute to creating exceptional customer experience.To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:Self-motivation to meet all deadlines and be pro-active as tasks arisePrevious experience prioritising conflicting demands in a fast-paced environmentExperience with social media, advertising, banking, expense processing and other administrative tasksProfessional phone manner with excellent verbal and written skillsComputer savvy, including MS suite.
