The role offers a base hourly rate of $31.03, paid weekly, with overtime at time-and-a-half after 8 hours and double time plus a meal allowance after 10 hours in a day.Driving an Agitator is more than just transportits a customer-facing role where youll interact with a variety of people daily, so being comfortable with new personalities is essential.About YouLicence: You must have a minimum of a Heavy Rigid license (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred)White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card, or be willing to obtain one before you startPeople Skills: You enjoy meeting people and having a chat when youre onsiteVariety: You prefer variety in your work. No two days are the same when youre driving one of our Agitator trucksPride in Your Ride: You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is importantyou are a mobile billboard for our companyMedical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites)Safety: Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts.
