Were a close-knit and agile team with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sustainable growth and learning a lot along the way.About The RoleQuiteLikes Production Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager for the execution of production activities, ensuring compliance within food safety, quality assurance, and operational requirements.The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7 00am - 3 00 pmThis role supervises daily operations, working closely with the Production Manager to assist with scheduling, materials, and labour to ensure smooth production and packing processes. The Production Supervisor ensures all staff are efficiently utilised, conducts food Quality Controls in line with both internal and Australian standards, and maintains accurate production records. Additionally, the position involves operating machinery, recipe verifications and providing staff training.
