Were investing in and developing large-scale renewables and storage projects as part of our ongoing effort to provide our customers with reliable, affordable and sustainable energy.About the roleWere looking for a highly engaged and collaborative People Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for employees and managers, offering expert guidance on People & Culture policies, processes, and systems.As a key member of our national People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for managing employee records, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and maintaining our systems. There are plenty of great perks, from flexible working to a long list of exclusive Alinta benefits.What youll doManage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Respond to employee and manager inquiries via the People & Culture ticketing system, providing timely and accurate advice on policies, procedures, and HRIS processes.Maintain accurate employee records within the P&C system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Support the enhancement of People & Culture processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.Work closely with other People & Culture team members, providing ad-hoc support for the wider team and strategic projects.Your experienceProven experience in a shared services or HR support function, managing employee queries and HR processesProficiency in HR systems and ticketing platforms to ensure efficient case management and resolution will be an advantageStrong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboardingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and support to employees and managersAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance and data securityThis opportunity is ideal for an individual who excels in a high-performing team environment and is eager to leverage their prior experience to drive process improvements and ensure consistency across our People & Culture practices.Like what youre seeing?If you like the sound of this, and youve got experience in a similar role, wed love to talk to you.
