About the role A great opportunity, if an experienced Labourer or working as a Leading Hand for a couple of years and looking for further experience in residential construction. Reporting to the Senior Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, this is a permanent, full time position, Monday - Friday. Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover, this can include paint touch ups, basic carpentry and plastering Conducting QA inspections on homes and creating lists to be sent out to trades and contractors Organising materials from delivery and allocating where they should be Liaising with contractors onsite Performing house and site clean ups About you Experience on construction sites, residential would be advantageous, currently working as a Leading Hand or an experienced Labourer Must hold a current white card Hold a current First Aid Certificate or a refresher can be arranged Have your own PPE - steel caps and high-vis and if you have your own tools but can be provided if not Current drivers licence and reliable transport to get to/from work Hold any tickets, such as Forklift, Bobcat or any others, but not essential The Stockland Proposition Stockland Halcyon is Australia''s most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, NSW, and WA.
