Labourers wanted in Swanbank ASAP start At Randstad, we Partner with Australia''s leading Civil and Construction companies. Our projects include construction of major civil projects including roadworks, residential and rural subdivisions Commercial construction and concrete precast manufacturing. Due to massive growth our clients are looking for civil and concrete Labourers (Entrants Welcome) to supplement their current projects Duties Handle and move concrete elements and materials throughout the yard. Assist with setting up and stripping molds/forms for concrete casting. Perform general labouring tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining a tidy work area. Support the production process by assisting with pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete. Contribute to patching and repair work on precast units. Work with steel reinforcement (reo) , including cutting, bending, and positioning. Operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively. Requirements Exposure in working in civil / construction or manufacturing environment White Card Drivers License Reliable transport Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment Physically fit in order to perform manual work Able to pass drug and alcohol testing Can provide references relating to recent, similar experience Rewards Competitive hourly rate We have a strong pipeline of work which allows us to offer redeployment options to our employees.
