The College operates across two campuses: Gordonvale (Djarragun Campus) and Wangetti (Girl Academy Campus) The Property Maintenance Officer and Bus Driver is a crucial member of the College in providing efficient support across both Campuses as required, although will be based at the Gordonvale Campus. The successful applicant must have a current Blue Card before commencing in this role. Key Responsibilities: Bus Driver: Safely transport students to and from various locations. Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound bus at all times. Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations for school buses. Interact professionally with students, staff, and the public. Property Maintenance Officer: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of school facilities. Address any repair needs promptly and efficiently. Assist in the upkeep of school grounds and gardens. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. Qualifications: Valid MR or above drivers license with a clean driving record. Drivers Authority or ability to obtain one Blue Card for working with Children Experience in driving buses or large vehicles is preferred. Skills in basic property maintenance and repair work.
