Palm Lake Care Beachmere is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Lifestyle Team Leader to join our vibrant team. team from Monday to Friday. You will work under the guidance of the Clinical Manager to enhance and improve the quality of life of our residents through offering a comprehensive range of individual and group activities. You will work as a collaborative team committed to continuous improvements for our residents and their families. Above all you will engage in practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of the residents independence. What we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role Ability to work Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Excellent people and communication skills Empathy with elderly residents and their families Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC framework Knowledge of Autumn Care (highly regarded) Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly regarded) Must have a current C class license and be comfortable with driving residents to and from external activities Leadership experience with a small to medium sized team What we can offer: Excellent working conditions with a focus of care for our employees Genuine career opportunity with on-the job training and online training specifically designed to support you in your role.
