Our MagnaLatch is the original magnetic safety latch, and today our products are sold worldwide backed by the strength of the ASSA ABLOY group.Were now looking for a Product Manager to concentrate their time on taking responsibility for the holistic management of D&Ds existing products.This role will focus on building long-term relationships with other Departments and being responsible for the management of our existing products ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on ownership, and understands how to communicate effectively across the company.What Youll DoEffectively support a cross functional team to execute the companys Internal Request Notification/Engineering Change Request / Engineering Change Notification (IRN/ECR/ECN) policy and procedure.Effectively manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond using LCA.Through market research you will garner customers feedback and requirements.Effectively support D&D product developed portfolios including polymer, metal & electronics.Manage D&D Technologies Product Sustainable Packaging activities.Possess an awareness of ISO and the importance of managing ISO documentation regarding our existing products.What You BringBachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or of a related field and/or the equivalent in Product Development experience.A proactive and persistent mindset, with a comfort in working independently as well as being an integral part of a team.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience working within a project management environment, with exposure to working within a manufacturing company an added bonus.Willing to learn from and to teach others with discovered research.Conscious of our company culture and the image that the company portrays.What Youll GetA competitive base salary and incentive program.Clear expectations, autonomy to do your job, and support when you need itFull training on products, systems, and strategy so you can hit the ground runningThe opportunity to grow with a respected brand, and within the ASSA ABLOY global networkThis is a role for someone who takes ownership, builds strong local relationships, and represents a trusted brand with pride.
