Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!General Summary:The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle by guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process, assisting with job descriptions, building recruiting strategies, screening and recommending candidates, and negotiating the offer process. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to finding top talent throughout the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a high attention to detailResearches, analyzes, and documents findingsMay coach and review the work of other team membersConducts job intake meetings with hiring managers at the beginning of the recruitment processSources and recruits qualified applicants to fill open positionsScreens, interviews, and recommends prospective colleagues to management for assigned open positionsEnsures candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, career opportunities and serves as the candidates advocate during the recruitment processMakes hiring recommendations and notifies applicants of consideration or declinationConducts, reviews, and communicates results of applicant testingSources through creative networking sources, job boards, applicant databases, internet recruiting resources, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referralsDevelops reporting and utilizes recruitment software as appropriate for data driven insightsMaintains current job opportunities on the company intranet, website, and various job boardsCollaborates with management to communicate various Human Resources employment policies and proceduresRemains in compliance with HR laws and adheres to company and department policies and proceduresMaintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and lawsResearches and drives initiatives to promote diversity applicant sourcing methodsKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervisionAdvanced knowledge of applicable work areaAbility to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirementsProfessional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email, as well as at internal and external facing eventsAbility to interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain a composed, poised, and professional demeanor while driving action and accountabilityStrong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listeningAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent team skills with the ability to create effective relationships with peers and leadershipSelf-starter who can work and learn fast and maintain a positive attitudeAdvanced organizational skillsAbility to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completionEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent business experience3+ years of relevant experiencePreferred: Exposure to major sourcing sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.)Preferred: Relevant experience in corporate and agency environmentWorking Conditions:0-10% travel may be requiredConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
