Join a growing, global firm making legal technology, payments, and client verification easier, helping law firms become more productive and compliant! This firm is well-established in the UK and is now expanding into APAC. With a remote-first approach, this role is based in Sydney.A seasoned marketer, you will be responsible for the local go-to-market and launch strategy and execution, positioning the company''s presence in Australia, defining the customer segment, and conducting competitor and pricing analysis. You will work on market and brand positioning and collaborate with the VP of Sales, local Sales team, COO, CFO, CEO, and closely with the local Fractional Product Marketing Lead during the launch phase.This is a startup environment, so the successful candidate must work decisively and smartly, making thoughtful and considered recommendations. You should be comfortable diving in with a hands-on approach. Deep generalist marketing skills, including experience in launching new solutions to market, are essential. Local market knowledge in the legal tech space is required.About the Role:A senior marketer and commercial operator responsible for building and executing a compelling go-to-market plan in collaboration with the Product Marketer.Work closely with local sales to launch and open the market to legal firms, partners, and associations.Focus on brand awareness, lead generation, and ecosystem development.Step into sales and closing deals when needed.Collaborate with C-suite and leadership based in the UK.About You:You have a track record in a senior marketing role at Head of or Director level.You possess strong go-to-market planning and execution skills in the legal market.You are a senior commercial operator in legal technology, with a solid understanding of legal tech and experience building a new customer base in the legal sector (mid-market/large law).You thrive in ambiguity and understand what is needed to grow a market.You are resourceful, hands-on, and self-sufficient, capable of representing the brand credibly across partners, customers, and suppliers.You will enjoy staff perks including share options, ongoing learning and development, and off-sites to celebrate success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
