Kirinari employ over 1400 staff in various regions across VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and TAS.About the PositionAs a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within a supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including; domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community. This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.This position is part-time permanent working a minimum of 50 hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as practicable.About YouPrevious experience in the Health Sector is highly regardedCert 4 or higher in a related fieldDemonstrated leadership/managment experience is highly regardedAbility and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availabilityResilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a teamStrong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationshipsAbility to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencementAbility to obtain a paid NSW and VIC Working with Children Check prior to commencementAbility to use computers and learn a variety of software/programsSmart PhoneCurrent Driver''s LicenceCome Join Us!To join our vibrant teams, please submit your application!Please ensure you attach a resume and cover letter with your application detailing the skills and experience you would bring to the role.
