What you''ll be doing Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry work Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plastic, and other materials to construct, install, and repair building structures and fixtures Use a variety of hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders, to complete carpentry tasks Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project execution Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations Provide high-quality workmanship and attention to detail to meet project deadlines and client expectations What we''re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry Strong working knowledge of building materials, carpentry techniques, and construction methods Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment A valid driver''s licence and reliable transportation About us MyBuild Commercial is a leading construction company that specialises in delivering high-quality commercial projects.
