Your Impact As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will: Assist NDIS participants and their support networks through assessments and person-centred planning Develop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans Champion participants goals, strengths and passions Advocate for the elimination of restrictive practices Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Build capacity in families, carers and community supports Whats On Offer? Purpose-driven culture: Join a passionate, uplifting team committed to making a difference Qualifications What Youll need Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours Commitment to person-centred practice and reducing restrictive interventions Strong report writing skills and the ability to translate assessment findings into clear, actionable plans Excellent time management and organisational skills to balance a dynamic caseload Additional Information Ready to Apply?
