Lets talk.About The JobAs an Inclusive Employment Australia Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for building close relationships with local employers, building an understanding of their workforce needs and supporting them to hire more people with a disability, injury or health condition. You will connect local employers with our services, identify suitable vacancies and referral pathways and support businesses in successfully employing people with a disability. Your responsibilities will include:Support employers in the Hunter and Lower Hunter regions in collaboration with local teamsMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries, with the goal of achieving ongoing employment opportunitiesProactively identify and develop new employer relationships, taking time to understand our employers staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutionsHelp employers adapt their process or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs and maximising productivity and other benefits towards achieving their organisational goalsEngage job ready candidates and match with employers through referrals, job carving and reverse marketing to achieve sustainable outcomesWork closely with the Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in industries relevant to the caseloads needs and provide post placement support to participants and their employersAchieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the roleAbout YouRelevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirablePrevious experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support will be highly regardedDemonstrated experience in business development, account management or sales will be highly regardedStrong networking and relationship building skillsWorking knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demandsDemonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholdersPerformance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIsMust hold a Drivers license as travel throughout the region will be requiredAre you ready to join a respected, values driven not-for-profit organisation, thrive in a challenging yet rewarding role, and work closely alongside people with a disability to help them build their future career?
