Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk, Assurance and Standards (RAS), the Project Officer - RAS will work closely with the RAS and Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Division, as well as relevant agencies and regulators providing a wide range of business support and project delivery functions.The Project Officer - RAS will have a key role in supporting the development, implementation, delivery and ongoing monitoring of the Quality, Risk, and Safety Framework (QRSF) and associated audit program to support the required safety imperatives of the VEU Insulation Program (VIP).MandatorySpecialist/Technical Expertise/QualificationsExceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to problem solve, exercise judgement and operate autonomously with guidance from existing proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in safety, risk, compliance or auditing environmentsDesirableRelevant tertiary qualification such as energy, business, communications or information managementExperience working within a Government contextThis is a fixed term position available for a period of 24 months.
