About The RoleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Deputy CEO is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Hospitals Victoria division, ensuring it becomes a key driver of financial reform and health system performance. The role includes developing and managing the department''s forward work plan, delivering high-quality reporting to government, and fostering collaboration across divisions and external partners to optimise health sector outcomes.The Deputy CEO leads strategic efforts focused on enhancing the financial performance and sustainability of health services. This role is critical in ensuring the health system operates efficiently.
