Reporting to our supportive Business Manager, youll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment thats as rewarding as it is inclusive.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employersSupporting our participants to identify skills to become job readyDeliver quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirementsEnhance participants employability through training and support service referralsDevelop personalised job plans for clear employment pathwaysBuild and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groupsAm I suited to being an Employment Consultant with APMs Employment Services?We hire people with who are driven, and solution focused with a can-do approach.
