At Nido Traflagar, we embed the Phoenix Cups Framework to support children''s regulation, connection and wellbeing. Our Educators use trauma-informed practices every day, creating calm, predictable environments where all children feel safe and heard.As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging childrens learning and development to support their strong sense of identity.
