Join to apply for the Wellness & Hygiene (Housekeeping) Supervisor role at Scape Australia1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Wellness & Hygiene (Housekeeping) Supervisor role at Scape AustraliaKey Role RequirementsWellness & Hygiene OperationsAssist with Wellness & Hygiene team rostering, on the job training and operational support on an ongoing basis to a high standardProactively and strategically manage the roster for the Wellness & Hygiene team including covering absenteeism and scheduling annual leave so that the business operation is not impactedOversee the daily cleaning operation and presentation of public areas including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, cinemas, meeting rooms, reception, gym, laundry and corridors including undertaking these activities where required to operationally supportSupport in managing the cleaning operations of departure and stayover apartments, including the stripping and making of bedsSupport within managing stock ordering, stock control and chemical handlingManage the allocated housekeeping storeroomsSupport the Operations team in the completion of room checks and reports as and when requiredConduct site inspections, ''walk throughs'' ensuring public areas and common areas are always presented to a high standard and maintenance issues are reportedAssist with the coordination of operational workflows and help to ensure effective communication between relevant team membersSupporting the Wellness and Hygiene Manager with managing third party contractorsEnsure team members have a current knowledge of all room categories and other general knowledge necessary to perform their dutiesRead, understand and ensure all internal company policies are adhered to all timeDrive strategies that are in place or initiated by the Wellness & Hygiene ManagerPerform any other reasonable duties as allocated by Operations ManagementRespond to resident enquiries and requests in a professional and timely mannerStand in for the Wellness &. Hygiene Manager in their absenceRelationship Management & LeadershipDevelop and maintain effective relationships with peers and other stakeholdersCommunications with the Facilities team and organise any cleaning / maintenance required as a result of the quarterly inspectionsDevelop effective internal networks across other buildings, and the wider Scape asset, contributing to overall team successAssist in team development to support transition and growth through available internal pathwaysDemonstrate positive leadership characteristics in all duties to motivate the team duties and lead by exampleSupport the Wellness &.
