Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Registered Nurse, Clinical Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.Skills and ExperienceRelevant registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled NurseEnrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV QualifiedPrevious experience working in mental health is desirable, but not essential for the right candidateDemonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patientExhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilitiesCapable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as requiredAbility and availability to work a flexible rotating rosterRemunerationOn offer is base hourly rate ranging from $33.95- $36.96+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
