This is a people leader position that combines vision, strategy, and hands-on delivery, offering the chance to shape a growing regional arts centre with national ambition.What youll be doing;Deliver engaging exhibitions, events, and public programs that inspire our community and draw new audiencesLead a creative, high-performing team focused on access, inclusion, and impactBuild meaningful partnerships with artists, organisations, and funding bodiesManage operational resources, budgets, and funding applications to support sustainable service deliveryPromote the Arts & Cultural Centre as a vibrant cultural destination and enhance its visibility in the regionProvide expert advice to internal stakeholders and the Singleton Arts & Cultural Advisory GroupAbout YouYoull be a confident leader and curator of ideas with a strong background in the gallery or cultural sector.
