Lets talk.About The JobAs an Inclusive Employment Australia Claims Coordinator your responsibilities will include:Ensure accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for claims and wage subsidies across multiple Inclusive Employment Australia regionsProactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers, this will involve face to face, phone and on the job supportManage evidence requirements including obtaining and verifying payslips in support of claims and wage subsidiesMonitor work placements for participants across multiple Inclusive Employment Australia regions towards the achievement of monthly targetsAchieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focussed, high performance approach to the roleAbout YouRelevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirablePrevious experience in Employment Services including exposure to outcome claims, wage subsidies, department systems and provision of post-placement support will be highly regardedDemonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholdersAbility to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disabilityPerformance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs, using your analytical mindset to interpret data to achieve outcomeMust hold a Drivers licenseas travel throughout the region will be requiredAre you ready to join a respected, values driven not-for-profit organisation, thrive in a challenging yet rewarding role, and work closely alongside people with a disability to help them build their future career?
