AtSmart Energywe believe in empowering our people, providing support, and fostering innovation.About the Role TheInstallations Coordinator - New Buildswill be responsible for schedulingall "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel every week. You will be responsible for organising the day-to-day for installers and liaising with builders to ensure that call up dates and met and installations complete in a timely manner. This role works directly with thetechnical team, logistics teamandsales manager.Please note:This role requires you to be onsiteMonday - Fridayin our vibrantByron BayHead Office located in the industrial estate, however we are open to remote if you are based inMelbournefor the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesConfirming future availability of install teamsScheduling appointments for the week/dayRecruiting electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSWLiaising via phone and email with installers, builder and site supervisorsRegular confirmations & rearrangement negotiationsResolving issues as they arise before arriving onsite and onsiteReaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated installers and supervisorsAbout youMinimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)Charm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your wayThe ability to multitaskEffective problem solvingExcellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritiseTech Savvy and commercially astuteCurrently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)Bonus PointsExperience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)Experience negotiating trading terms or contractsSalesforce experienceExperience usingGoogle Sheets or ExcelWe Want to Hear From You If Youre: Available full-time to work onsite in our Byron Bay HQ (remotely in VIC for the right candidate) Looking to build on your career in the Northern Rivers region.
