Even if you only meet some of the criteria, wed love to hear from you.Build a rewarding career with an organisation that truly puts people first!SCHADS 6B ($55.72-$58.19 pa) + superannuation + salary packaging benefitsFull time opportunity based in Fairfield VIC or Toowoomba QLDAbout The OpportunityWorking with colleagues from across Queensland, NSW, ACT, Victoria and Tasmania, the Clinical Care Consultant forms a key role in providing clinical oversight and guidance to our frontline teams working with participants in the community who have a range of complex needs.The Clinical Care Consultant provides a specialised focus on working with those who may have an acquired brain injury; intellectual disability or mental health diagnosis which requires high quality, attuned support from our teams.To achieve this, Clinical Care Consultant will undertake complex needs assessments, provide tailored training to teams and work closely with specialist services and supports to ensure holistic support, whilst also informing and guiding organizational clinical practice nation-wide.To be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelors degree qualifications in Nursing or Mental Health NursingCurrent registration with the professional body relevant to qualificationPost Graduate qualifications and/or experience related to positive behaviour support, applied behaviour analysis or a related field will be highly regardedDemonstrated experience/knowledge in working with community services IndustryRight to work within AustraliaCurrent valid Drivers Licence and the ability to undertake some travelNDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course)Satisfactory National Police Records CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children''s Check (Employee/Paid)What We OfferPurpose-Driven Culture: Immerse yourself in a culture where passion meets purpose.
