Reporting to the Intelligence Analysis & Reporting Manager, this role plays a key part in enhancing Crowns surveillance capabilities through advanced data analytics, reporting and intelligence insights.Youll work closely with Surveillance and Technology/Data teams to design and implement robust analytics processes, support investigations and contribute to compliance reporting. This is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:Execute data analytics and visualisation activities to support Surveillance operationsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting toolsProvide insights and recommendations on gaming patterns, investigations and workflow efficienciesSupport Section 25 compliance reporting and other regulatory requirementsPrepare analytical reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholdersCoach team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learningEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and proceduresAbout YouYoure a curious and analytical thinker with a passion for uncovering insights through data.
