You will help customers make the most of their money by asking the right questions to better identify and understand their banking needs. The role of our Virtual Senior Customer Service Specialists is a key position in our branch network, and you will hold quality conversations with our customers on a day-to-day basis, creating a stress-free, seamless experience for each person you serve!Key responsibilities:Assist customers with transactional and savings banking needsProvide relevant banking advice to suit our customers individual situation and goalsRefer customers to specialist bankers where requiredEducate customers on new technologies to assist them with their future banking needsWhat do I need?A proven track record in a face-to-face customer service role with experience of driving sales through personal interactionsSkilled in multitasking within fast-paced environments, without compromising customer needsExpert at building rapport with diverse customers, enhancing customer loyalty and repeat businessProficient in identifying customer needs through effective questioning and proactive outreachA will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologiesWhy join us?Were obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and were looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
