Reporting to the Branch Manager, you''ll manage a small team and be responsible for driving the success of the real estate business through leadership, strategic planning, and local market expertise.This role has a strong focus on Rural Broadacre Sales, including the marketing and transaction of large-scale cropping, grazing, and mixed-farming properties. You''ll work closely with farming families, agribusiness investors, and local landowners, leveraging your knowledge of rural property markets to deliver tailored sales strategies and trusted advice. Experience in agricultural or regional property is highly desirable.ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales and earnings targets, particularly in the rural broadacre sector. Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise. Manage the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting. Oversee online property listings to ensure pricing, descriptions, and statuses are accurate and timely. Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities, especially in the broadacre farming and agribusiness markets. Represent Elders in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives such as field days, rural expos, and on-farm visits.About youProven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a background in rural property, broadacre transactions, or team leadership. Strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations. Holds a Real Estate License and a current Drivers Licence (Auctioneers License desirable). Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example. Demonstrates Elders values through accountability, trust, customer focus, and results-driven leadership.
