We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.Your new roleJoin our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) team as an Early Intervention Speech Pathologist and make a meaningful impact for children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families. We embrace a relationship-based approach, fostering strong connections with families to support each child''s unique journey. Utilising the key-worker model, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and family centred care. Our work is short term, sessions are community based and occur across a 3-month span. You will be supporting a culturally diverse clientele and part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Early Childhood Educators.Starting each day working from home you will :Perform functional assessments for young children to determine appropriate supportsCollaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised intervention plans.Provide direct Speech Pathology services in both individual and group settings.Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.We support people to live their best life.
