Their mission is to deliver high-quality education that supports career advancement, fosters innovation, and builds inclusive learning communities.About the RoleThe Head of AIM Business School will lead the academic vision and strategic direction of the School, driving innovation in teaching and learning, particularly in digital transformation and online education. Reporting to the Chief Education Officer Higher Education, the newly created Head of School will oversee academic operations, curriculum development, student experience, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key role in shaping a high-performing academic team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This role also involves collaboration across Scentias higher education brands to identify opportunities for shared innovation and operational efficiency. Part-time options could be considered for this role.About YouWe are seeking an experienced and visionary academic leader with a PhD or DBA in a relevant discipline and a strong track record in higher education. You will bring deep expertise in digital pedagogy, online learning innovation, and academic governance. Your leadership style is collaborative and inspiring, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster inclusive learning environments. You will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, experience in curriculum and assessment design, and a commitment to student success.
