Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$250,000.00/yr - A$275,000.00/yrGeneral Manager, People, Culture and OHSMelbourne$250,000 - $275,000 + Super + BonusAre you an experienced HR, People & Culture and OHS Manager?Would you like to sit in a number one role reporting to the CEO?We have been engaged by a leading Australian Food manufacturing business, as they look to appoint a General Manager to head up their People & Culture, HR and OHS teams. Reporting to the CEO you will have 10 Direct reports across Head office and site based roles, and will hold full responsibility for providing strategic direction, high-level leadership and guidance in all aspects of Human Resource Management, both at the organisational and department level to maximise the business performance and profitability.Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Learning and Development.
