Youll be someone who thrives on turning big ideas into purposeful content and guiding a team to deliver exceptional work.What You''ll Be DoingIn this role, youll lead the creative output across content, digital, social, and campaign work. Youll shape content strategy and help their clients tell their stories across a range of channels, working at both a strategic and executional level.This role has coverage across the agencys full portfolio of clients and projects and you''ll be collaborating across creative and client service teams. Youll oversee and mentor a talented team of designers, writers, and creatives, reviewing, editing, and elevating the quality of work delivered.Were Looking For Someone WhoHas strong experience as either a Head of Content, Creative Lead, Creative Services Manager or Content Director within content & copy focused environments.Brings experience working across B2B brands, with an understanding of how to tailor content to different audiences.Understands how to plan and deliver content across social, digital, and campaign channels.Is comfortable being hands on across content and copy.Has a natural ability to lead and inspire creative teams.Why youll want this role:Youll be joining an agency with a strong reputation and a genuinely collaborative, down-to-earth culture - no big-agency politics here.
