You will be the face of the location(s) and play a critical role in defining member experiences at TGR.A successful Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring your team is engaged and able to deliver results that will keep members satisfied.The Centre Manager will report to the General Manager, Australia.What youll doBuild our Brand, Presence, and GrowthOpen the location(s) with high occupancy, and ensure that the location(s) are fully occupied thereafterWork closely with the Marketing team to convert leads to business for the location(s)Work with the Country General Manager to manage the Location(s) P&L performance, analyse financial performance and produce relevant reports to present to relevant stakeholdersImplement attentive cost control when necessaryEnforce Operational RigourImplement and monitor systems to ensure smooth daily operations for the location(s), working with the Operations team to ensure thisBecome the brain trust and driver of all things related to your location(s) including (1) Sales, (2) Operations, (3) Strategy, and (4) AnalyticsTo manage and oversee all aspects of the Location(s) operations, including member relations, finance, sales, marketing and eventsDirect with CharismaHire, manage and motivate the team on the ground, serving as both a coach and a team player to the member relations teams; assist to create and implement robust policy and procedures.Be a force of nature that pushes boundaries, possibilities, quality and deadlines by always being warm but demanding in a professional manner.Maintain a calm disposition, even (and especially) during stressful situations.
