The CommSec Product & Investing Solutions (P&I) Crews mission is to Bring the best investing solutions to all Australians for every stage of their lives. This includes oversight of the CommSec product portfolio (Equities, Margin Lending, Cash and Derivatives) and accountability for Product, Risk, Regulatory, Technology and P&L outcomes. We manage, develop and implement product features, services and systems across the customer lifecycle to help deliver our purpose.This role sits within the Equities & Portfolio Value Management squad, which is a multi-disciplinary squad within P&I that consists of product, analytics, risk, and technology professionals. The squad is responsible for the flagship CommSec Share Trading product and developing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and roadmap for CommSecs products in conjunction with the Crew Lead P&I, Crew Tech Lead P&I, and other Product Owners (PO).Do work that mattersAs a Senior Product Manager, you will report into the Chapter Area Lead for Product and will support the Executive PO in forming the product strategy, roadmap and overall product management. You will play a pivotal role in driving shareholder, customer, and risk outcomes. You will have a range of responsibilities including pricing & portfolio optimisation, risk & controls, complaint management, issue and incident management and other day-to-day product management tasks.Your Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas Will IncludeManagement of the end-to-end product value chainMonitoring of product P&L, product performance and competitor landscapeIdentification of growth opportunities and delivery of initiatives to continuously improve the product offeringIdentification of AI product opportunities, and support implementation of AI use casesEnsuring continued product compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant Group Policies and StandardsGaining insights into customer needs, and leading change to resolve customer pain pointsProactive identification, mitigation, and management of product risksActing as the Product SME on key initiativesCoaching of the Product Managers in the squad to drive consistent, high quality outcomesBuilding and fostering of strong relationships across the product value chain, to ensure efficient delivery of product roadmap and resolution of issuesWere Interested In Hearing From People Who HaveDomain knowledge in investing and stockbroking or financial services (highly desirable)Strong product management experience with demonstrated expertise in managing a product, P&L and driving product growthDemonstrated experience in strategic thinking and success in leading and executing on product strategy and initiativesStrong communication, influencing, stakeholder engagement and management capabilitiesStrong problem-solving capabilities, with experience navigating and resolving situations that may be complex or ambiguousA passion for innovation and customer centric product designExperience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with othersRisk Mindset All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risksIf you''re already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you''ll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
