We specialise in AI-powered drug development and innovative therapies and are expanding our commercial division focused on the Australia and New Zealand markets.The OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on executive to join our leadership team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing, small-cap pharmaceutical company, where your leadership will be recognised and rewarded, including equity participation.As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will report directly to the Board and oversee the companys daily operations. You will ensure that all departments, from Regulatory and Compliance to Finance and Supply Chain, collaborate effectively to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
