We are seeking a dynamic Head of Interoperability Platforms to lead our digital transformation journey. Y ou will report directly to the National Director Healthcare Platforms and take end-to-end accountability for our integration and interoperability services. You will be responsible for the seamless and secure flow of information between S t Vincent'' s clinical, operational, and partner systems.This role will have a voice and real impact in a strategic whole of business technology implementation and modernisation. In this role, there will be a requirement to be available outside standard business hours for escalations as needed and may be required to travel interstate on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.Key responsibilities of the role:Develop and govern the execution of our enterprise-wide digital and data strategies, ensuring that our technology solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainableAct as a key advocate for national standards to align our initiatives with privacy legislation and our 2030 strategic goalsOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of integration platforms, including Enterprise Patient Master Index (EMPI) and API Management PlatformsImplement robust change, release, and operational support practices (e.g., HL7, FHIR), ensuring integration platforms meet interoperability, scalability, and performance standardsAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and digital stakeholders.
