Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, value propositions and demonstrations to client stakeholders around HCL Capabilities capabilities.Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunitiesCollaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to offer strategic insights.Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the tech, AI, or solution sales within the Financial Services/Banking domain.Experience on handling business stakeholders in addition to technology stakeholders in sales pursuitsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.Experience in sales pursuits with Microsoft , AWS & Digital Native products bundled with servicesAbility to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze client''s needs to offer tailored solutions.A results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.Basic QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of direct sales, business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.Fields: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Hands on Engineering Roles & Proven interest in new technology .
