You will be responsible for leading the team across a range of disciplines making sure there is consistency in the quality of work as well as the process.Your responsibilities Lead the production capability and team to produce large integrated projects/programs of work for Google Global across multi-channel outputs delivering Video, Display, Social, Search, Print and Experiential whilst ensuring we are offering best practice outcomes. Define and enhance the delivery approach for complex content productions and manage multiple workstream dependencies, consistently working with the project teams to improve quality and efficiencies throughout. Lead the creation and production of various content deliverables such as; keynote presentations, animation and video assets, product demonstrations, experiential builds, and digital asset rollouts. Review and refine vendor selection and contract negotiations for specialist outputs. Elevate post-production projects involving edit, animation, audio, finishing and rollout ensuring they are of the highest standard. Drive the adaptation of AI tools across the production to increase agencys competitive offering in the marketSkills Minimum of 8+ years as a Production Director at a creative agency or production company First-rate project and team management across multiple disciplines including digital, integrated campaigns - video, animation, product demonstrations, and event content. Experience leading, resourcing and managing project teams of up to 15 people depending on the disciplines required for each specific project. Expertise in internal and external people and stakeholder management, forward planning, and relentlessly solutions-focused. To mentor a team of around 6-8 producers and enhance production skills across the agency Lead and develop a consistent production process to deliver all projects on time, on budget, and to the highest production standard. Strong creative problem-solving and organisational skills Focused, organised and effective in challenging environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
