Job Description Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Manage pick-up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures Greet guests warmly as the first point of contact Check the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special needs Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages, and equipment efficiently Guide guests to their rooms and assist with luggage Handle group luggage delivery and collection Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or lobby to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors Maintain a clean and presentable lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors Respond to guest requests and queries with knowledgeable and helpful service Qualifications Energetic, team-focused, and proactive attitude Enthusiasm for connecting with guests and listening to their stories Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of computer literacy Reliability, good grooming, and attention to detail Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential Additional Information What is in it for you?
