We''re searching for a sharp-thinking Safety & Health Systems Advisor whos passionate about using data, systems, and smart processes to keep people safe and operations running smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, loves problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact across multiple mine sites.This is a Perth based position, Fixed Term until December 2026In this role, you will:Youll be central to how we manage and improve our Safety & Health systems. Every day, youll be:Providing health and safety systems support to site teams to implement Group initiativesCoordinating Safety & Health change management activitiesTurning complex data into clear safety performance insightsProviding management updates of legislative changes, industry trends, guidance materialsConsolidating health and safety data into management reportsSupporting serious incident review processesManaging risk management plans and tracking actions to close the loop on key learningsYour technical strengths:Risk management and safety systems knowledgeIncident investigation and audit experienceFamiliar with INX, MS Teams, Visio, Projects or similar platformsYoure known for:Strong data skills you can spot trends, find risks, and tell the storyClear, confident communication (written and verbal)Great time management and task prioritisationA balance of independence and team-first mindsetWhy youll love it hereYoull join a team thats smart, collaborative, and always looking for ways to do things better.
